Role Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform and CE (CRM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions that address business needs, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development
Develop, customise, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions tailored to business requirements.
Design workflows, business rules, and integrations to ensure seamless user experiences.

Integration & API Management
Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems and external applications using APIs and other integration tools.
Design and implement data flow processes and ETL pipelines within the Power Platform environment.
Ensure data accuracy and synchronisation across connected systems.

Performance Optimisation & Maintenance
Monitor and optimise system performance to ensure responsiveness and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and Power Platform applications.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Provide technical insights and recommendations to enhance system functionality.

Documentation
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, workflows, data flow diagrams, and user guides.
Document integration processes, customisations, and configurations for future reference and team collaboration.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
4-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) development.
Strong understanding of CRM customisation, configuration, and development best practices.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience in designing and implementing data flows and ETL pipelines using Power Platform tools.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, and .NET for CRM customisation.
Experience in integrating systems using APIs and managing data flows.
Experience in Cloud Computing
Business Process and Solution Architecture knowledge

Qualifications
