Google Ads Expertise:

A solid foundation in paid customer acquisition is essential, and experience in managing Google Ads PPC is pivotal for adopting a dynamic, test-and-learn methodology. This helps in continuously refining your clients' marketing strategies. While specific educational qualifications aren't mandatory, degrees in fields like marketing, finance, engineering, or economics signify a deep-rooted interest in data-centric roles. Certifications in Google Ads are a testament to your commitment and proactive attitude.

Initiative and Collaboration:

Your role revolves around educating clients about the myriad possibilities within the Google ecosystem, discerning the strategic and performance value you can deliver, and then proactively pursuing these opportunities. You'll be part of a client-focused team comprising a lead specialist and an account manager, along with strategists, support specialists, and directors, each contributing rich experience and knowledge. All new positions begin with a 90-day introductory phase to ensure mutual compatibility and satisfaction in our working relationship.‍

Salary & onboarding

The starting annual compensation for this full-time position is $50,000 - $65,000 negotiable based on experience (DOE), coupled with a growth trajectory tied to the success and expansion of the brand portfolio. Salaries for lead specialists are tied to a % of earnings the sustained brand revenue. You're expected to manage an average of 8-12 accounts, each generating a minimum revenue of $1,500. Our client charges are based on their monthly media spend.

The onboarding phase spans around 3-6 weeks, focusing on training in account audits, monitoring, report analysis, and keyword research. New recruits collaborate with experienced specialists and strategists, partake in client onboarding sessions, and attend ongoing client meetings. Post-training, new specialists co-manage a client with an experienced peer, ensuring a blend of direct experience and expert support. Client assignments gradually increase in complexity, reflecting growing confidence and expertise.
