Designation: Human Resource Administrative Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR and Admin associate to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the duties of HR and Administration for Gyanberry employees/interns/contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
HR
- Payroll processing (payroll sheet preparation, verification and management of attendance, leaves task lists, incentives, reimbursements)
- Recruitment/Hiring - advertising posts, setting interviews, sending offer notifications, onboarding, etc)
- HR Management - employee of the month, birthdays, leave tracking, performance evaluation, work anniversaries
- Employee Visa processing/Visa renewal/Visa Cancellation
- Employee Insurance application and renewal
- Provision of employee letters - salary certificates, payslips, experience letter etc
- Performance appraisals.
Admin
- Office Administration - Lease renewal / new lease application, licensing renewal, establishment card renewal/application, postal box application/renewal
- Booking meeting rooms for counselling
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HR Admin or similar role involving performing HR and admin responsibilities of a small company.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
