Business Unit Head - Security Awareness AWARE is a Strategic Business Unit within the EC-Council group. The unit delivers cutting-edge solutions in phishing, vishing, smishing, and e-learning, empowering organizations to strengthen their cybersecurity posture. As a scaling business unit, we are focused on achieving aggressive revenue growth and global market expansion. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Unit Head to lead the SBU through its next phase of growth. This role carries full responsibility for overall business unit performance and P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations within the cybersecurity or Saa S industry, with strong expertise in sales, business development, and strategic planning. Lead the SBU with full P&L accountability, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership within 3–5 years. Revenue Acceleration & Business Development ~ Drive top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit’s market share in the cybersecurity sector. Financial Performance & Profitability ~ Oversee all financial aspects of the SBU, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance. Scalable Operations ~ Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives. Leadership for Performance ~ Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets. Act as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and key external stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals. Strengthen the SBU’s competitive positioning in the cybersecurity industry by identifying new revenue streams, exploring growth markets, and driving innovation to enhance financial performance. Qualifications & Experience ~15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success. ~ Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within Saa S or tech-driven businesses. ~ Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments. ~ Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset. ~ Visionary, collaborative leader, based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, India.
