About the Role

Basal Analytics is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Model-driven Apps. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for delivering enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing business processes through automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy Power Apps solutions with a primary focus on Model-driven applications.
  • Configure and manage Dataverse including schema design, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
  • Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).
  • Implement and integrate AI Builder components into production-grade applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and enhance usability of applications.
  • Stay updated on new features in the Power Platform ecosystem and recommend adoption of best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development.
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps (Model-driven applications).
  • Practical experience with Dataverse (data modeling, schema, and security).
  • Good knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and integrations.
  • Exposure to AI Builder with at least 1 implemented use case.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Copilot and AI-driven automation within Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for customizations and integrations.
  • Microsoft Certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
