We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code development and a passion for solving business challenges through automation and data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.
  • Build and manage data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with governance policies.
  • Document application architecture, configurations, and user guides.
  • Provide support and training to end-users and business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Familiarity with Power Fx, JSON, DAX, and REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security roles, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with Power query

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, PL-600).
  • PL-100: Design and build apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • PL-400: Design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions
  • PL-600: Envision and analyze business needs. Architect and design scalable, secure, and integrated Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, custom connectors, or Power Virtual Agents.
  • Background in traditional software development (.NET, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
