Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gym Trainer to join our team and help our members achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and experience in personal training and group classes. As a Gym Trainer at Den2Fit, you will be responsible for designing effective workouts, guiding members through their fitness journeys, and creating a positive atmosphere that inspires confidence and motivation.
Salary Range: 15K-45K
Work Schedule: 40-60 Hrs per Week
Week off: 1 day week off
Incentive: 5% on achieving 1 Lakh PT amount 40%
Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and current fitness levels.
Design personalized workout plans based on individual goals and fitness levels.
Provide one-on-one training sessions and lead group classes with energy and professionalism.
Demonstrate proper form and technique, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
Offer nutritional advice and general wellness guidance to clients.
Foster a welcoming, supportive, and motivational environment for all gym members.
Track and document client progress, adjusting programs as needed.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications
Certification in Personal Training.
Proven experience in personal training and group instruction, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
