Key responsibilities:

• Conduct small group Pilates classes
• Conduct Personal Training session, ensuring rapport/personalized program design/accountability to keep members active
• Contribute to and lead community based events that will form a core part of the offering
• Create an atmosphere of customer obsession, empathy, care, member safety, coaching quality and hospitality
• Deep focus on personal fitness, career growth and learning in the domain

Qualifications:

• 2 years+ experience as a strength/ Yoga/ Dance/ Calisthenics/ PT instructor - Must Have
• Proven experience as a Pilates instructor (reformer + mat) - preferred
• Certified Pilates trainer (Stott, Balanced Body, Fletchers) - preferred
• Internationally certified CPT/ 200 hour Yoga TTC - preferred
• Excellent communication, grooming standards, personal fitness and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, time management principles and orientation to discipline
• CPR and First aid certified
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy
