Job Title: Construction Supervisor - Building & Land Experience: 7–10 Years Positions: 02 – Moradabad (UP) 01 – Rewari (Haryana) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Location: Moradabad & Rewari (as mentioned above) Job Summary We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisor to lead and manage building and land infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within timelines, quality standards, and budget. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead execution of building and land infrastructure development projects from start to completion. Prepare and review project schedules, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies. Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and risk assessments. Site Management & Supervision Oversee site activities, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. Resolve technical issues at site and ensure adherence to project design. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Organize and participate in project review meetings. Communicate project updates, delays, and mitigation plans to management. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection protocols. Maintain site safety and environmental compliance in line with statutory norms. Verify and approve contractor bills, measurements, and documentation. Material & Resource Management Review and approve material requisitions and inventory management. Validate material specifications and ensure timely availability at site. Optimize resource utilization for cost-effective execution. Required Qualifications & Skills Diploma in Civil Engineering. 7–10 years of experience in building construction and land development projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, construction practices, and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project , and other civil engineering tools. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle on-site challenges independently. Preferred Attributes Experience working in large-scale building and infrastructure projects . Ability to join immediately or within short notice. Prior experience in Moradabad or Rewari region is an added advantage.
