Payroll Specialist (India, US, UK & Europe) Must
Experience Required: 7–10 Years
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with deep expertise in handling payroll operations across India, US, UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of end-to-end payroll management experience, ensuring compliance with local regulations, accuracy in processing, and timely delivery of payroll for multi-country operations.
End-to-End Payroll Management: Process, review, and validate payroll for India, US, UK, and European countries in compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.
• Ensure adherence to country-specific labor laws, income tax, PF, social security, pension schemes, and other statutory contributions.
• Global Payroll Coordination: Liaise with international payroll vendors, HR, and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment of payroll cycles.
• Identify gaps in payroll processes and implement automation or standardization to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Audit & Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support internal/external audits across multiple regions.
• Employee Support: Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, deductions, and pay slips across geographies.
• Data Management: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data in compliance with GDPR and other data protection standards.
Strong understanding of statutory laws (PF, ESI, Income Tax, FLSA, HMRC, GDPR, social security, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or similar).
