Job Description: Senior Financial Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)Position: Senior Financial Analyst / Finance ManagerLocation: India (Remote, Team based in Italy)Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Analyst with 15–20 years’ experience in finance, accounting, and SAP-enabled transformation to join our European operations, whilst being based out of India. The successful candidate will be a trusted finance leader with deep SAP S/4HANA expertise (FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA) and proven experience across order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), plan-to-product (P2P), and request-to-service (R2S) cycles.With a strong finance and business leadership background, the candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, drive financial insights, and ensure best-in-class process excellence to support operational and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.- Serve as SAP S/4HANA FICO Subject Matter Expert, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.- Manage end-to-end business cycles:• Order-to-Cash (O2C): Streamline billing, collections, and revenue recognition.• Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Oversee purchasing, vendor management, and
