We operate globally with engineering hubs in UAE, India, KSA and the U.and are scaling rapidly across compliance-sensitive domains such as fintech, payments, and enterprise We are seeking an IT Manager (Information Security & Compliance Lead) to own the strategy, implementation, and management of OrbitronAI’s IT and security infrastructure. This role ensures seamless operations, governance, and compliance with international standards ( ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR ) while supporting a fast-scaling AI company operating in multi-cloud, multi-region environments . You will work hands-on while also providing strategic vision across IT operations, compliance, and security. IT Infrastructure & SaaS Management Oversee OrbitronAI’s enterprise SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Atlassian, ClickUp, Slack, GCP Console, GitHub Enterprise). Optimize licensing, cost management, integrations, and data governance. Establish data classification and access controls aligned with ISO 27001 Annex A Implement and manage MDM solutions (JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf). Enforce security policies, patching, encryption, and lifecycle management Network & Security Operations Administer VPN and network security (Tailscale, Cloudflare, firewalls). IT Compliance & Governance Maintain ISMS documentation, risk registers, and audit evidence. Enforce IT policies (data retention, incident response, BCP). Helpdesk & IT Support Manage internal IT support via Slack/ticketing. Provide in-office AV, Wi-Fi, and hardware support. Vendor & Asset Management Maintain asset inventory (hardware/software). Strategic Planning & Automation Build a 12–24 month IT & Security roadmap (scaling 100 → 400+ employees). Evaluate emerging tech (zero-trust, AI-driven tracking). Automate IT processes to reduce manual overhead. 5+ years in IT leadership or senior systems administration. ~ Proven experience building secure, compliant IT environments in fast-growing startups or tech companies. ~ Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, and cloud security. ~ Hands-on with Google Workspace, MDM, SSO, VPNs, and multi-cloud networking. ~ CCNA or CompTIA Network+ ~ ITIL Foundation (a plus) Define the global IT & security foundation for a leading AI company.
