DFT REUIREMENT – 2024
Location – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida
Experience – 4+ years to 25+ years
We're hiring highly skilled DFT Engineers for all the DFT Techniques (ATPG, SCAN, JTAG, MBIST). if you're good at any one or all the DFT techniques and looking for a Long-term Career growth opportunity in Leading Core Semiconductor company then it’s right fit job to you. Technical Skill set -
Job Description 1-
1. Siemens EDA tools like SSN/Tessent/FastScan/TestCompress/MBIST/QuestaSim.
2. Block level ATPG, DRC, coverage analysis, timing/no-timing simulations. Fault classes, serial/parallel simulations.
3. Scan/Compression with Stuck At/Transition delay faults.
4. Subsystem/SOC level exposure. BScan exposure. Core wrapping, INTEST/EXTEST.
5. MBIST, alogorithms, pattern generation and simulations.
Job Description 2 -
1. Cadence EDA tools like Modus/Genus/Xcelium. Synopsys tools SpyGlass for scan readiness. Siemens-MBIST.
2. Block level ATPG, DRC, coverage analysis, timing/no-timing simulations. Fault classes, serial/parallel simulations.
3. Scan/Logic BIST modes/Compression with DC/AC(Stuck At/Transition delay faults).
4. Subsystem/SOC level exposure. BScan exposure. Core wrapping, INTEST/EXTEST.
5. MBIST, alogorithms, pattern generation and simulations.
