Role: Data Solution Architect

Experience: 10-12 years

Hyderabad (or willing to relocate)

Tezo is looking for a experienced Data Solution Architect with 10-12 years of expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modelling, data warehousing, and presales engagements , with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures. Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end data solutions across enterprise environments.

Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs.

Architect, implement, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes for analytics and reporting.

Provide architectural guidance on ETL/ELT design, data integration, and migration strategies .

Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

Evaluate and recommend modern data technologies, platforms, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Support performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of data solutions.

10–12 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data solutions .

~ Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and data architecture frameworks.

~ Proven experience in designing and delivering data warehouse solutions (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, BigQuery).

~ Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, dbt, etc.).

~ Strong understanding of SQL, database optimization, and query tuning .

~ Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and their native data services.

~ Experience in presales engagements – solutioning, client workshops, RFP/RFI response, and technical presentations.

~ Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and security best practices .

~ Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

Experience in real-time data integration and streaming analytics.

Exposure to machine learning and advanced analytics enablement .

Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure Data Engineer/Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Data Engineer).
