Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with the academy's goals, targeting various audience segments effectively.

Email Content Creation: Craft engaging, personalised email content, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, onboarding sequences, and re-engagement emails.

Automation and Segmentation: Design and manage automated email workflows, segmenting lists based on user behaviour, demographics, and engagement levels to optimise campaign performance.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyse email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise subject lines, content, call-to-actions, and send times to improve overall email performance.

Compliance: Ensure all email communications comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and email marketing best practices.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the education, e-learning, or gaming sectors.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive email content.

Understanding of email marketing metrics and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Experience with email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.

Familiarity with chess or a strong interest in learning the game is an advantage.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
