Growth Associate

Responsibilities:
1. Drive growth by building strategies across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement and enrollment
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective campaigns
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize growth efforts
5. Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote our offerings
6. Assist in the creation of content and marketing materials tailored to our target audience
7. Develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance, including A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting
Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years experience in a growth role, preferably within the education or skilling industry
2. Experience in analyzing data to derive actionable insights
3. Experience in operating and managing digital marketing tools and platforms
Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.

Other requirements:
1. Familiarity with CRM software (Moengage, Clevertap, etc) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
2. Knowledge of sales and conversion optimization, including lead generation and nurturing, sales funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
3. Knowledge of current trends in the Ed-Tech space

The budget that we have for this position is 5 to 7 LPA. The CTC that we will offer is based on your last drawn CTC, time spent in the last organization, performance in the interview & assignment.
