Role will include:
- The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
- Understand customer needs and develop complete design to suit their requirements.
- Create aesthetically and functionally sound designs and floor plans for various projects.
- Meet with the clients intermittently to take the process ahead smoothly.
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client needs and execution/production needs.
- Prepare client presentations with necessary 2D and 3D outputs.
- Work out costing and create quotes for clients.
- Maintain industry knowledge & Gain knowledge on competitors and their offerings/processes to stay relevant.
- Should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and handle multiple clients at the same point.
- Ability to Handle Customer objections
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
- Ability to understand Customer mindset in terms of design requirements, budget and overall need.
- Ability to gauge Customer, sharp and proactive in communication, stellar confidence, handling Customer objections, Customer Negotiation.
- Min 2-3 years of proven experience in design sales.
- Experience in Interior Designing Background is a must.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Interior design experience as a designer is an add-on.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- B-Arch/BSc-ID/Postgraduate is preferred.
