About the role:
Urban Ladder is looking for Site Measurement Executive, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in
the Modular and Home Interiors Industry. This position will focus on day-to-day site visits for taking measurements for the interior projects segment. Should be willing to learn and contribute to a challenging and booming environment. The candidate possesses a sound knowledge of how things work in a modular industry.
What you will do
Report to the Installation Manager
Travelling to sites
Taking measurements on sites
Drafting of the measurements on AutoCAD / Sketch-up
Taking pictures / videos of the entire project
Update site initial condition
Interaction with Designers
Adherence to system &process
What you will need
Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects
Experience in reading CAD drawings.
Good communication skills.
Ability to create good rapport with internal & external stakeholders
Pre-requisites
Diploma – Interiors/Civil preferred
Experience in drafting - AutoCAD / Sketch-up
3-5 years’ experience in interior industry
Experience in measurement taking for interior works
Must have two-wheeler and willing to travel
