Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our CCM business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maritime or technology industry, with a proven track record in scaling businesses, driving strategic growth, and leading high-performing teams. As CEO, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the CCM product, expanding our market presence, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the maritime industry, particularly in the areas of engine maintenance, data analytics, and technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the CCM product, aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all aspects of the business.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary spokesperson and representative for the CCM product, engaging with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the CCM Suite continues to meet market demands and drive value for customers.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the business.
