Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our team in Mumbai If you have 3-5 years of experience and a strong foundation in accounting practices, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Preparing Profit and Loss Accounts and monthly closing
Preparing Payable Reports & Executing the payments as per set norms
Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts.
Preparing Balance Confirmation letters & Coordinating the said matter with vendors.
Preparing MIS Reports on weekly basis
Day to day working will include Bank reconciliation, Branch Accounting, Petty cash Entries, Maintaining vouchers & Filing.
Should have sound knowledge of GST, TDS.
Should have working experience in Tally ERP.
Prepare, analyze, and verify monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on budget deviations.
Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax laws. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze and resolve discrepancies, collaborate with vendors and clients, and manage collections. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency in accounting operations.
Participate in or lead projects related to accounting system upgrades or implementations.
