With 150+ successful campaigns over 5+ years, we partner with leading consumer brands to help them grow through creators, culture, and conversations. We are now looking to expand our team with a Brand Manager who will lead the influencer marketing function for one of our key client brands—end-to-end, month-on-month. We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Manager in the Influencer Marketing domain who will take complete ownership of a client brand’s influencer marketing program. This role demands brand ownership + influencer leadership, aligned with a long-term vision. You will work closely with the brand representatives and internal teams to build, grow, and scale the brand through influencers. Brand & Influencer Leadership Build, plan, and manage the client brand’s influencer roadmap, strategy, and direction. Manage monthly influencer operations and communications seamlessly. Creative & Strategic Direction Develop creative scripts, content concepts, and video narratives. Oversee aesthetic fitment—looks, outfits, settings, vibe, energy. Experiment with new content formats, partnerships, and platforms. Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and audience relevance. Maintain a high pace of execution with precision and quality. Work closely with internal teams across strategy, content, and operations. Lead cross-brand activations and international collaborations. Performance & Accountability Track performance metrics regularly. Thinks and operates like a brand owner. Understands brand + content + business in one frame. Is highly creative but equally structured and organised. Has strong influencer marketing instincts. Experience Required 1-3 years in influencer marketing, brand management, or social-first brand roles. Hands-on experience with full-cycle influencer campaigns. Prior experience in premium/lifestyle/grooming/beauty categories preferred. Exposure to global collaborations is a bonus.
