We are India’s largest bike-taxi platform, steadily venturing into Delivery, Cabs, Auto, Rental and more. Currently present in over 100 cities, we are growing close to 500% year-on-year with steady funding. We have changed the concept of intra-city travel and made last-mile connectivity affordable to all. Along with being the #1 choice of 10 million people, we have also built a solid captain base of over 5 million registered captains, who have bettered their lives with Rapido. Rapido Cabs made its debut on May 2023, marking the commencement of its services in eight cities. Notably, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi stand out as the primary cities for this initial launch. However, the ambitious plan includes an extensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills throughout the sales process.
Job Requirements: ·
Bachelor's degree in any field
Basic excel skills
Good communication
Should be able to speak one South Indian Language with Hindi and English
Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines
Passionate, result-oriented with strong bias for action
