Salesforce HealthCloud Functional ConsultantLocation: India (Remote – Offshore for Australia client)Experience: 6–10 yearsRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant to work with a leading healthcare client. The consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education, ensuring alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.Responsibilities:- Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.- Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.- Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.- Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.Skills:- 2+ HealthCloud implementations as Functional Consultant.- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).- Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards.- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.- Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
