Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant

Location: India (Remote – Offshore for Australia client)

Experience: 6–10 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant to work with a leading healthcare client. The consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education , ensuring alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features .
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
  • Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Skills:

  • 2+ HealthCloud implementations as Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).
  • Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards .
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
