As a Social Media Community Specialist, you'll be a key player in our social media strategy, working directly with our digital and global marketing teams. Your role will involve creating social media communities of prospects, influencers, customers, and advisors who help elevate the brand and contribute to our business success.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fostering social media engagement, building relationships, and maintaining the integrity of online communities.
- Developing and implementing social media community building initiatives to align with marketing strategies
- Setup Online Reputation Management (ORM) guidelines
- Evaluate and implement social listening tool to monitor branded and non-branded mentions, and improve Positive Share-of-Voice
- Moderating discussions and content on social media handles
- Amplify Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all Randstad Digital social media communities
- Develop strategy for Influencer Marketing, source key influencers, and implement social media programs that amplify Randstad Digital reach across specific influencer segments
- Build brand ambassador programs and customer advocacy programs
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Develop social media governance and monitor social presence across multiple communities and social media platforms
- Coordinate with regional social media marketing teams, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience in social media community development and management
- Experience launching community initiatives and programs
- Ability to identify and track relevant community engagement metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands on experience with situational problem solving, analysis, and moderation
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and environments, and to self-organize and
- prioritize workload
- Exceptional project management skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a get-it-done attitude
- Experience working remotely and across cultures, doing business globally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing, social media marketing or related field
- Knowledge of online marketing, digital marketing and marketing channels
- Prior experience in building and growing social media communities in technology focused roles
