You will be part of passionate colleagues and cultured company, which is well known for delivering quality and best services.Position:Buyer E&I -Offshore oil &gasExperience: 8-20 yearsPosition Purpose:Key Responsibilities:Manage procurement activities for E&I materials, instruments, cables, control systems, and related equipment.Review and interpret technical specifications, material requisitions, and datasheets in coordination with the E&I engineering team.Identify and qualify vendors based on technical capability, quality, and delivery performance.Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages and conduct commercial bid evaluations .Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers.Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up for manufacturing, inspection, and delivery.Coordinate with logistics, inspection, and expediting teams to ensure on-time delivery to offshore or fabrication sites.Maintain and update the procurement schedule and material tracking reports.Ensure compliance with project procurement procedures, HSE policies, and ethical standards .Liaise with finance for vendor
