You will be part of passionate colleagues and cultured company, which is well known for delivering quality and best services. - Position:Buyer E&I -Offshore oil &gas - Experience: 8-20 years Position Purpose: Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement activities for E&I materials, instruments, cables, control systems, and related equipment. - Review and interpret technical specifications, material requisitions, and datasheets in coordination with the E&I engineering team. - Identify and qualify vendors based on technical capability, quality, and delivery performance. - Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages and conduct commercial bid evaluations. - Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers. - Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up for manufacturing, inspection, and delivery. - Coordinate with logistics, inspection, and expediting teams to ensure on-time delivery to offshore or fabrication sites. - Maintain and update the procurement schedule and material tracking reports. - Ensure compliance with project procurement procedures, HSE policies, and ethical standards. - Liaise with finance for vendor payment processing and PO closure. Technical Competencies: - Proficiency in ERP / procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Education:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation,
