Staff Software Engineer

Position: Staff Software Engineer Duration: Full-time Location: Hyderabad (Onsite). Job Description: 10+ years of experience writing and deploying production-grade backend code. Strong programming skills in Java. Proficiency with Spring Boot and modern backend frameworks. 3+ years of experience working with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Red panda. Familiarity with with both batch and stream based data processing. Familiarity with big data databases like SingleStore/BigQuery, relational databases. Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, for building and managing scalable, reliable services. Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems in production environments. Strong track record of contributing to or leading architectural efforts for complex systems. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP (AWS or Azure also acceptable). Design, develop, and enhance integrations based on evolving business and technical requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure data reliability, system performance, and infrastructure stability. Collaborate effectively with global engineering teams, product managers, and customer support functions. Champion best practices in software engineering to build scalable, high-quality data infrastructure and pipelines.
