Staff Software Engineer

Position: Staff Software Engineer Duration: Full-time Location: Hyderabad (Onsite). Job Description: - 10+ years of experience writing and deploying production-grade backend code. - Strong programming skills in Java. Proficiency with Spring Boot and modern backend frameworks. - 3+ years of experience working with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Red panda. - Familiarity with with both batch and stream based data processing. - Familiarity with big data databases like SingleStore/BigQuery, relational databases. - Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, for building and managing scalable, reliable services. - Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems in production environments. - Strong track record of contributing to or leading architectural efforts for complex systems. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP (AWS or Azure also acceptable). - Design, develop, and enhance integrations based on evolving business and technical requirements. - Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure data reliability, system performance, and infrastructure stability. - Collaborate effectively with global engineering teams, product managers, and customer support functions. - Champion best practices in software engineering to build scalable, high-quality data infrastructure and pipelines.
