Job Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for HR and corporate positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.- Source candidates using various channels (job portals, Linked In, referrals, networking, etc.).- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.- Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality hires.- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.Required Knowledge:- 3-7 years of proven experience in HR hiring/recruitment.- Proficiency in sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, Linked In, etc.).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple requirements.Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
