If you have a strong understanding of the BFSI sector and a proven track record in recruiting across a variety of levels—from bulk hiring to leadership roles—this is the opportunity for you. Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for our BFSI business. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both high-volume, entry-level roles and senior leadership positions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs, implement effective sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Talent Pool Development: Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, specifically within the BFSI sector. Utilize a mix of job boards, social media, niche recruitment platforms, and professional networks to find and engage candidates. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for key business units and roles across the organization. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. Engage with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job profiles, and ensure recruitment strategies align with business goals. Maintain a seamless interview process, including scheduling interviews, managing feedback loops, and ensuring timely decisions. Bulk Hiring: Drive high-volume recruitment for positions such as Customer Service Associates, Relationship Managers, and various support roles within the BFSI space. Collaborate with HR and recruitment agencies to facilitate mass recruitment drives, campus hiring, and job fairs. Manage multiple parallel hiring processes, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a quality candidate experience. Leadership Hiring: Lead the recruitment for senior and leadership roles (e.g., Vice Presidents, Directors, C-suite) within the BFSI vertical. Develop targeted search strategies and use a combination of executive search methods, headhunting, and direct sourcing to identify top leadership talent. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, understanding long-term business goals and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly. Conduct interviews, assessments, and negotiations for senior roles to ensure a strong cultural and professional fit. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure candidates are informed and prepared throughout the interview process, providing timely feedback and updates. Maintain a high level of candidate engagement, even post-offer acceptance, ensuring smooth onboarding transitions. Market Research & Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and market conditions within the BFSI sector. Provide insights on compensation trends, skill availability, and talent pipelines to help shape recruitment strategies. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes for faster, more efficient hiring. Process Improvement & Reporting: Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to streamline hiring timelines and enhance candidate quality. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality, providing regular updates to management. Utilize ATS and HR systems for tracking candidates and generating recruitment reports. Qualifications & Skills: 1-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance). Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including bulk hiring, senior leadership hiring, and niche positions. Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends, roles, and skill sets. Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, IIM Jobs, etc.). Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment software, and MS Office tools. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior leadership. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Master’s) in Human Resources or a related field. Previous experience in a high-growth or multinational BFSI environment is an advantage. Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies. Certifications related to recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP, etc.). Why Join Us?
