Job Title: Sales Executive – Packaging ProductsCompany: Parijat PackagingLocation: Trivandrum/KochiJob Type: Full-TimeJob Description: Parijat Packaging is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our plastic and compostable packaging products. The ideal candidate should have strong cold calling skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.Identify potential customers in retail, food service, e-commerce, and other industries.Present and explain packaging solutions to clients, highlighting benefits and cost-effectiveness.Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.Maintain a database of leads and update sales records in CRM.Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in B2 B sales, preferably in packaging or related industries.Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary + incentives/commission.Growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.On-the-job training and support.Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to or calling *Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
