Role: Sales Ops Head, President's O7ice # ; Experience: 8–13 years We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales Operations Head to build and run a worldclass sales process. sense of urgency (“hustle”) to ensure our sales team executes flawlessly — from lead President’s Office, driving execution on strategic revenue priorities. enforce structured sales processes, manage data integrity, ensure rigorous follow-ups with meetings and conducting first-level qualification calls. Technology Consulting Services (Accenture, IBM, HCL,TCS etc.) Design, document, and implement an end-to-end sales process covering lead capture, Define clear timelines, ownership, and accountability for every stage of the sales cycle. • Ensure alignment of sales priorities with organizational strategy by working closely with Operational Management: • Build and maintain a centralized sales database/CRM to track all opportunities and Act as the operational anchor between leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly sales performance reports with key insights calls to qualify prospects. • Drive the adoption of new tools, templates, and best practices across the sales team. Skills & Experience: What We're Looking For • Experience: o Proven experience in structured, process-driven environments like top-tier technology services leaders (e.g., Accenture, IBM, HCL, TCS etc). o Strong background in sales operations and CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • o Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and generating actionable o Excellent communication skills for both executive-level reporting and day-today Reduction in the sales cycle time. • 100% adherence to sales process timelines. • Accurate, timely sales forecasting.
