Role Description :
You will define the product vision, chart the roadmap, and drive its execution to deliver meaningful impact.
We’re looking for someone with a strong engineering background who thrives in the 0-1 product phase and has deep expertise in developer tools. This hands-on role involves every aspect of the product lifecycle—from understanding developer pain points to collaborating with engineering to ship impactful features.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Product Roadmap: Define and execute product roadmap that align with B2B SaaS engineering teams’ needs and the company goals. Identify opportunities to enhance our platform through customer insights and competitive analysis. Define product requirements, user stories, and edge cases in collaboration with the team.
Product Execution: Lead the entire lifecycle of features, modules, or products—from concept to launch. Partner with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship technical features that solve real developer problems.
Technical Expertise: Explore developer workflows and protocols like SAML and SCIM to create impactful, technical solutions. Validate ideas by working hands-on with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools. Build and test prototypes to ensure feasibility and refine designs.
Startup PM Mindset: Dive into challenges with a hands-on approach, thriving in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. Make decisions confidently in ambiguous situations, adjusting quickly as new data emerges. Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Who We Are Looking For :
Engineer-Turned-Product Manager: 5-7 years of total experience, including 2+ years in product management. A former engineer with hands-on coding expertise, ideally having transitioned into product management.
Proven PM Experience: A track record of successfully shipping products or modules with clear milestones and measurable outcomes. Experience owning the entire product lifecycle—from concept and research to roadmap creation, execution, and iteration.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows. Familiarity with authentication protocols like SAML and SCIM, as well as authorization frameworks and permissions. Skilled at writing clear, concise technical documentation and user stories that resonate with developers.
