Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs : CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align campaign strategies.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Data Studio to track performance and generate reports.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall digital strategy to boost brand visibility and sales.
Required Skills:
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing .
  • Proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in electronics or gadget-based D2C brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage).
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
