Mankomb is at the cutting edge of innovation, blending lab research, with fast paced development, testing and launch cycles. Supplier collaboration and financial management are key support functions. We're recruiting a dynamic intern to rotate through three key areas:

# Book keeping & Finance Coordination – handle invoice entry, bill uploads, and liaise with external CA/accounting teams.

# HR Operations - Support shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews on requirement basis.

# Lab Operations Support – assist in lab trials, manage inventory, prepare samples, maintain equipment, and coordinate with engineers.

Finance & Bookkeeping

Enter bills and invoices into accounting tools accurately

Track payments, reconcile statements, liaise with Chartered Accountant

Maintain records, support simple financial reporting

Lab Trials & Engineering Coordination

Prepare reagents and assist in sample setup and testing

Maintain inventory levels; Clean and maintain equipment per SOPs, coordinate with engineering staff

Bachelor's degree (BA/BCom/BSc) or equivalent, recent graduates welcome

Proficient in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with accounting or ERP tools a plus

Diverse Skill Set : experience across finance, procurement, and operations

Professional Network : engage with CAs, engineers, suppliers

Mentorship & Growth : weekly check‑ins and real projects

Potential Full‑Time Offer : top performers may transition into a permanent role

Compensation & Duration

Internship : 6 months, with performance review and potential full-time hire at CTC INR 4,50,000 per annum.
