We are partnering with our client to identify a mid-level legal professional for their Corporate Counsel team, focusing primarily on real estate and property law. The role offers end-to-end exposure to property transactions, conveyancing, due diligence, and compliance, along with opportunities to support broader corporate legal functions.Location: Dadar, MumbaiExperience: 4–10 years (LLB mandatory)Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate Leave & License, Lease, Sale Deeds, MOUs, and title documents.- Manage property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals, including due diligence and risk assessment.- Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations.- Liaise with external counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.- Handle property registration, stamp duty, and related documentation.- Conduct legal due diligence, including title verification and encumbrance checks.- Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases.What We’re Looking For:- Strong exposure to real estate, property law, and conveyancing.- Solid understanding of RERA, local real estate, and development regulations.- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to support diverse legal workstreams.Interested candidates may reach out at
