We are partnering with our client to identify a mid-level legal professional for their Corporate Counsel team, focusing primarily on real estate and property law. The role offers end-to-end exposure to property transactions, conveyancing, due diligence, and compliance, along with opportunities to support broader corporate legal functions.📍 Location: Dadar, Mumbai 💼 Experience: 4–10 years (LLB mandatory)Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate Leave & License, Lease, Sale Deeds, MOUs, and title documents.Manage property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals, including due diligence and risk assessment.Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations.Liaise with external counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.Handle property registration, stamp duty, and related documentation.Conduct legal due diligence, including title verification and encumbrance checks.Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases.What We’re Looking For:Strong exposure to real estate, property law, and conveyancing.Solid understanding of RERA, local real estate, and development regulations.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to support diverse legal workstreams.Interested candidates may reach out at aryaman@vahura.com
