Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Atto Atelier. The ideal candidate will bring 7 -10 years of experience in technical roles within architecture or construction projects. You will be responsible for leading the technical coordination of projects, ensuring the delivery of accurate and well-managed technical drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation. Your civil or structural engineering background will complement our design-driven approach to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Drawing Review & Management: Manage drawing review and delivery, ensuring alignment with design and construction standards.
BOQ Preparation: Lead BOQ preparation and review of technical documents.
Drafting & Detailing: Provide technical expertise in drafting, detailing, and revising drawings using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Site Coordination: Coordinate with site teams to ensure construction follows approved designs and resolve technical issues.
Project Documentation: Setup and Maintain systematic management of technical documents.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, interns, and project managers to optimize project outcomes.
Construction Knowledge: Apply construction knowledge from design development to build phase.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior staff, ensuring technical excellence and best construction practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
7-10 years in architecture or civil/structural engineering, with focus on drafting, BOQs, and drawing management.
Experience in an architecture office or architectural projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Keen attention to detail in reviewing drawings.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
