We’re looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to onboard real estate developers, builders, and brokerage firms, helping them experience the power of AI-driven property insights. B2B Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and onboard new real estate partners (developers, builders, and brokerages) in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region. Value Pitch: Present LandsZo’s AI/ML-powered platform that enhances sales efficiency, provides actionable insights, and delivers qualified leads. Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end process — from lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and successful partner onboarding. Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued success and engagement on the platform. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and listing targets. Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer — share insights and feedback with product and tech teams to improve user experience. Networking: Represent LandsZo at real estate events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network and brand visibility. Experience: 2-3+ years of proven B2B or SaaS sales experience. Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market (highly preferred). Experience in PropTech , real estate , or startup environments is a big plus. Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented — thrives on closing deals and building partnerships from scratch. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Quick to learn and demo new software platforms.
