Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Dr. Era Ayurveda. The Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, sales, converting leads to clients, up-selling and cross-selling, managing and running day to day operations of the clinic.



Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Skills and Communication Abilities
  • Experience in Sales and customer growth
  • Good Team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda or holistic health practices is a plus
  • Proficient in English and Hindi


Salary - ₹25000/month + Quarterly Incentive
