  • Oversee the development team and mentor junior developers.
  • Lead the integration of OutSystems solutions with external systems (e.g., REST, SOAP).
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on performance optimizations.
  • Stay updated on OutSystems updates and low-code development trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years working with OutSystems.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise application architecture and design.
  • Strong experience integrating OutSystems applications with third-party systems.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
