Overview The Business Marketing team develops Marketing strategies and drives campaigns across the buyer’s journey with the key objective of increasing awareness, strengthening differentiation, and driving demand for Mindsprint’s full portfolio of products and services. We are seeking an marketing executive to contribute to the Business Marketing team based out of Bangalore. This key role will focus on driving marketing campaigns, orchestrate the execution of our global integrated marketing programs, be the lead for running our Analyst Relations, manage our ecosystem of external associations such as NASSCOM and other forums and ensure our sales teams are enabled with the right tools to effectively leverage our marketing programs. Roles And Responsibilities Partner with BU Marketers to create and execute Marketing strategies, campaigns and programs for all 3 Business Units of Mindsprint Assist in Marketing research and competitive analysis Create and execute campaign plans that bring audience-focused spotlight across enterprise Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars. Client visits: Support with client visits (communications, invites, handouts, presentations, videos etc.) Work with the BU’s and SME’s to identify and define strategies to support the brand strategy and demand generation needs of our global business Be the main lead for Analyst Relations across key firms and help run, plan and manage interactions such as Analyst RFI’s, Vendor comparison reports, analyst visits and analyst days. Maintain and initiate creation of a library of all our success stories to be used as needed for analyst interactions, maintain consistent communication with the analysts and also be a SPOC for coordination with SME’s and BU leads The role will also support some of our strategic ABM programs (account-based marketing) Create positioning and messaging to support new solution launches Manage partner agencies or in-house creative teams to deliver messaging and content at the portfolio and product level through datasheets, white papers, blog posts, web content, etc. Requirements 6-8 years B2 B Marketing experience mandatory within an IT services company and B2 B Strong understanding of the digital marketing technology landscape and best practices desirable Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRMs (ie. Hub Spot, Salesforce) Meticulous attention to detail and effective storytelling Strong communication, copywriting and editing skills needed. Should be able to communicate with executive leaders with ease.
