Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team as a Visier Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for seamless data access and testing.

• Document security changes to ensure smooth auditing and compliance.

• Develop and maintain reports, and dashboards using Visier's analytics tools to drive business decisions.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data management and quality control.

• Provide support for data-driven projects, including data integration, validation, and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements :


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, or similar) and/or relevant certifications.

• Proven relevant experience (3+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Hands-on experience with Visier software and people analytics platforms.

• Experience with HR analytics and reporting platforms is a plus.
