- Bachelor's or master's degree in any quantitative discipline with at least 3 + years of relevant experience in Analytics - Minimum 1 year of experience in retail industry is preferred. - Expertise in analytical tools such as Python, SQL, PySpark. - Expertise in analytical techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, other Classification technique, Time Series and Optimization - Expertise in visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView etc. - Experience in working in cloud platforms like Azure and Databricks / Snowflake - Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment - Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
