Job Title: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Remote (Hyderabad or Bangalore preferred) Compensation: Base salary plus bonus and commission Shift Timing: Must align with US EST hours Experience Required: 5+ years in staffing sales Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned Bench Sales Recruiter to drive placement efforts for our bench consultants. This role focuses on client outreach, consultant marketing, and building strategic relationships to ensure swift, successful placements. A comprehensive knowledge of IT recruiting and market dynamics is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Consultant Marketing Promote bench consultants to prospective clients and vendors. Leverage job portals, social networks, and professional events to identify new placement opportunities. Maintain a targeted database of potential clients and vendors. Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with clients,tier one vendors, and consultants. Act as the primary support for bench consultants, offering guidance and responding to their needs. Foster client and consultant satisfaction through regular communication and support. Business Development Identify new business opportunities to expand the client network. Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with clients and vendors. Stay informed of industry shifts and market trends to support strategic decisions. Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, placements, and related activities. Generate regular reports on marketing and placement progress. Ensure all activities comply with company standards and industry regulations. Qualifications Education: MBA required. Experience: Proven track record in bench sales or technical recruiting, preferably in IT. Skills: Strong knowledge of IT technologies and market trends, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and familiarity with job portals, social media, and CRM tools. Traits: Ability to work both independently and in team settings, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience working with Tier one vendors and Direct clients. Knowledge of H1 B, OPT, CPT, and other work authorizations. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
