We are hiring for Senior Bench Sales Recruiters Location: Hyderabad
Must have: Strong experience with Photoshop, and handling multiple profiles.
Job description:
Looking for someone who is aggressive, Team Player and well aware of the technologies in the market.
Have Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
Should have Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing) Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up. Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep Updated them on daily basis regarding the marketing.
Must be prompt on Responding on time to consultants, Vendors and Clients. Co-ordinate with Internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor Requirements.
Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled, and Placements done.
Looking for Onsite. Night Shifts only.
