Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter at Sriven Info Inc. The Sr Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, sales recruitment, hiring, and account management. The role will involve daily communication with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

- Market qualified bench consultants to existing and new clients.- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and IT consultants.- Identify opportunities for consultants based on their skills and experience.- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants.- Keep track of market trends and client demands.- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a consistent pipeline of excellent candidates.- Provide ongoing support to consultants during their tenure with client- Sales Recruitment, Hiring, and Account Management skills- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting- Strong communication skills- Ability to build and maintain client relationships- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities- Team player with a goal-oriented mindset- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field- Knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology is a plus
