Job Overview:

ChabezTech Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai . The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT professionals targeting our US-based clients. This is a night shift position, providing an excellent opportunity for growth along with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles , including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies like job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, and ATS.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Negotiate salary and contract terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand and meet client recruitment needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market demands in the US IT sector.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment .
  • Familiarity with IT terminologies, technical skillsets, and various IT roles.
  • Hands-on experience with US recruitment portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong candidate and client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for contractual and permanent roles.
  • Knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C .
  • Proven track record of successful IT placements.
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related fields is a plus.
