Hiring: Growth ManagerLocation: JP Nagar, BengaluruJob Type: Full TimeJob Pay:30,000- 50,000 per monthWe’re looking for a Growth Manager to drive brand visibility, LinkedIn growth, lead generation, and startup ecosystem engagement across our BizConnect and XploR verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow leadership and brand presence on LinkedIn (content, engagement & audience growth)Manage monthly content calendars and performance metricsExecute LinkedIn lead generation via Sales Navigator & automation toolsBuild & maintain high-quality prospect databases using Apollo/LushaCoordinate telecalling, demos & pre-sales alignmentRepresent XploR at startup forums (TiE, NSRCEL, Startup Grind, Bengaluru Tech Summit, Elevate, etc.)Apply for government grants (Elevate, Idea2PoC, Startup India) & manage submissionsBuild partnerships with incubators, accelerators & investorsTrack performance dashboards & report growth insightsWe’re Looking For✔ 2–5 years in growth marketing, business development, or startup ecosystems✔ Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha, email automation✔ Strong content & communication skills✔ Experience with government startup schemes & accelerators is a big plus✔ High energy, network-driven, data-orientedWhy Join UsAt BizConnect, with two verticals, Events and XploR, each offering unique opportunities to innovate and deliver world-class experiences.
